Ed Nunn WIns IFBB Tijuana Pro

Print Share this

WIth no Canadians in the contest and no huge names, it was an easy win for forty year old Ed Nunn. Ed was indeed second to none and wins the Tijuana Pro beating runner up Marcus Haley in the last qualifier to the Olympia. Ed Nunn towers over most competitors and seems to get better and better with each show. We'll see how he does at the Olympia this Friday night but if he can continue to tighten up all week, he could see him upset more than a few top 10 finalists. Chris Aceto tried to talk Troy Aleves into joining this lineup but I guess he's saving his steam for the Olympia. Why Toronto's Mboya Edwards didn't hop on a plane and enter this show is beyond me? Seeing recent photos of Mboya, I'd bet a subscription to MUSCLE INSIDER that he would have cracked the top 3 and qualified to compete in both the 202 (which he's already qualified for) and the Men's Open at the Olympia this week. But here are the full contest results:

  1. Ed Nunn
