What are the best exercises for back?

What are the best exercises for back?
I get asked that question many times and my answer is always the same:
• Dead Lifts!
• Rows!
• Chins!
Dead Lifts are the mother of all exercises. Aside from squats, no other exercises work as much muscles as dead lifts do. From your traps to lower lumbar, it is as taxing as it is effective. Try low sets (4-6) and high reps (15-20) to get the full benefits of this unbelievable exercise. Just take a look at Ronnie Coleman, Johnny Jackson and Dorian Yates to see the results.
Barbell rows are very important because it works every muscle on your back and it is a must for a great back!
Chins are a must too because it works the lats and gives that great v-taper to the back. Look at all the male gymnasts and you'll understand why you can't fly without a good pair of wings. Chins will give you that!
