Post Workout or Fasted Cardio

Question: Should I do my cardio in the morning in a fasted state, or after my workout?

ANSWER: Cardio is done in a fasted state in the morning because of the belief that carb stores are low, so the body will dip into fat for energy. Cardio is best done after a weight session because heart rate will already be up and there will be no ramp-up time to get you burning fat. Personally, I like doing cardio after weights. Hey, I’m already at the gym, so that’s one less trip I have to make, and who wants to get their ass out of bed and hit the gym that early? The most important concept with cardio is that you’re doing it.
