Front squats and back squats in the same workout?!?

Hi everybody. It's that time again for another Q&A with yours truly.

QUESTION: Should I do front squats and back squats in the same workout?

ANSWER: My answer may surprise you, but YES you can. Just like you need a lot of pressing movements to get a big chest, you need to squat to get big legs.

Both exercises hit the entire leg area and you can pile up a lot of weight on both. Front squatting takes a little time to master but once you do your legs will thank you for it.

Barbell squats is the undisputed champion of mass builders. You should do both in the beginning of the workout and see your legs grow like weeds.

Holla back!
