Average Bodybuilding Diet
What was your heaviest bodyweight ever in your life, and what would an average day’s eating regimen look like?
The heaviest I ever weighed was 412 pounds. And boy, was that uncomfortable. I weigh 365 now and feel spry in comparison. I can tie my own shoes again! Here is a typical day’s eating back then.
Meal 1:
18 egg whites and 6 whole eggs
200 g raw oats
2 bananas
4 pieces toast
Meal 2:
16 oz. chicken breast
3 cups cooked rice
Veggies
Meal 3:
16 oz. beef
24 oz. potatoes
Meal 4:
4 scoops protein
2 Carbo Force drinks
Meal 5:
Same as Meal 2
Meal 6:
Same as Meal 3
Meal 7:
4 scoops protein powder
200 g raw oats
Also, I would sip a few Carbo Forces throughout the day.
