Shayne Jensen
Shayne has been a competitive athlete for over 20 years.
He works with a diverse client base, providing contest prep for fitness competitors and bodybuilders, as well as working with athletes to increase performance and conditioning levels. Shayne also works with post-operative clients to help them regain strength and stability.
As a technical trainer, Shayne pays constant attention to exercise technique and body position to ensure efficient and safe training practices.
