Funfetti Protein Cake
Soft, Delicate, Moist and will fill your soul with macro goodness.
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup Gluten Free flour
- 1 scoop Optimum Nutrition protein powder
- 1/2 tsp Baking powder
- Pinch of salt
- 1 egg
- 1/4 coconut sugar
- 1/2 cup skim milk( you can also use almond milk)
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 tbsp Peanut butter
- 2 tbsp Sprinkles
- Whipped cream (optional)
Directions: Makes 2 cakes
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- Mix all your dry ingredients in a bowl.
- In a seperate bowl, add in egg, milk, vanilla extract. Mix well then add in your peanut butter. Mix until smooth then add to dry ingredients.
- Cream together batter until well combined.
- Grease your spring form pan and add half your batter.
- Bake for 18-22 minutes. Use a toothpick to check doneness.
- If you want to add cream, hollow out the middle and pour all the creams inside.
