In the 14th installment of B Built by Broser, Eric answers some questions about training and peak week right before a competition. Eric shows us some unique variations on upright rows that also incorporate biceps, so that you can use more weight and recruit more muscles. He shows us how to do lying side lateral raises, as an additional exercise to build the side delts. Then he gives us an unusual exercise to build forearms BEYOND barbell wrist curls.
