Fresh off his appearance at this year's Olympia, Brad Rowe is right back at 'home' in the Mecca training his ass off yet again, this time for the 2016 IFBB Nordic Pro. It takes place Oct 8 in Lahti, Finland. Brad is gunning for his 2017 Olympia qualification, and the fire in his training is still hot from Vegas. In this video, we grab him while he's training chest.
