Legendary Foods makes a full range of tasty snacks including nut butter spreads, nuts snacks and their newest prodcut called “Tasty Pastry”. These are like Pop-Tarts but contain 170 calories, 9g protein, 13g fat, 3g net carbs, <1g sugar, and 8 grams of fiber. Pop one in your toaster (or heat one up with a hair dryer if you’re in a pinch LOL) and enjoy! Protein source is made from micellar casein, collagen and whey protein isolate. Strawberry is the newest flavour to come to Canada but they also carry a Brown Sugar Cinnamon version. They come 14 to a box which will last you 2 weeks if you start every day off with on.
