Rabeko Zero Sauce Preview

Whether you’re a competitive bodybuilder or someone following a reduced-calorie diet, you may often find yourself craving more flavor and excitement in your food. This is where the folks at Rabeko come in to play. They’re primarily a healthy sauce company based in Belgium. They boast an impressive array of 15 different sauces that are low-calorie, zero-sugar, and zero-fat. Rabeko Zero Sauce provides sugar-free options to let you enjoy your favorite sauce with no worries. Our Muscle Insider team was sent 5 of these sauces (Honey Mustard, Hot Sriracha, Teriyaki, Mayo, Curry Ketchup, Honey Mustard) which we have been testing out. So far, the Curry Ketchup has been an office favorite. They also carry a few flavors of jam and some healthy cooking spray!

Rabeko Zero Sauces have all the flavors of normal sauces but are low in calories. The sauces are sweetened with the sweetener sucralose and can be enjoyed both warm and cold. And another thing about Rabeko Zero Sauces that’s pretty sweet, is they’re all suitable for vegans, with the exception of Mayo. Because they are from Europe, Rabeko Sauces follow the European label laws which go right down to the decimal place for each macronutrient! This is great for you to know precisely what you’re taking in (assuming this product meets label claim). This type of labeling is something we wish North America would adopt. Curry Ketchup for example, shows us that for a 15-gram serving, you get 5 total calories, with 0.02 grams of fat, 0.88 grams of carbs, 0.25 grams of which comes from sugar, with 0.1 grams of protein. These sauces have beautiful packaging and very interesting flavors that will make any bland diet food exciting! You can find Rabeko Sauces in Europe but thanks to a partnership with DC Sports Nutrition, we’re slowly seeing this getting distribution outside of Europe and into the Middle East, Asia, and Canada.
