Sriracha Bacon Wrapped Chicken Tenders
Crunchy and moist. A flavourgasm with every bite!
Ingredients:
- 1 Chicken Breast, cut into 3 slices
- 50 g Sriracha chips, crushed
- 2 eggs
- 2 tbsp flour, any kind works
- 1/2 scoop Optimum Whey Gold Standard vanilla
- Pinch S&P
- 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp Onion Powder
- 1/4 tsp dry basil
- 3 slices bacon
- 25 g Mozza Cheese
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 385F.
- Cut chicken breasts into strips, set aside.
- You need three bowls. In one add crushed chips, in the other your eggs and last your flour, protein powder, garlic powder, onion powder, basil and S&P.
- One strip at a time, cover in flour mix, egg wash then cover in chips.
- Use a baking tray with parchment paper or tin foil. Lay each strip down and bake for 15-18 minutes. Until chips are crispy and chicken is tender. Flip over strips at 10 minutes.
- You can also check the internal temp with a thermometer. When ready it will set to 140F
