Vancouver, BC, January 28, 2026 – Muscle Insider is proud to announce that Senior Writer Roger “Rock” Lockridge has been elevated to the role of Managing Editor, effective immediately.
Lockridge has been contributing to Muscle Insider since 2021 and was named Senior Writer in 2022. During that time, he has covered a wide range of stories across bodybuilding, strongman, and the business side of the fitness industry, helping inform and engage Muscle Insider’s international audience.
In his new role as Managing Editor, Lockridge will take on expanded responsibilities, including overseeing editorial strategy, mentoring writers, and helping guide the brand’s continued growth and evolution.
While stepping into this position, Lockridge will continue to maintain his other roles within the fitness industry, remaining actively involved in the projects and platforms that have made him a respected and trusted voice in the space.
