After a few weeks stay in hospital, we’re glad to see that Flex Wheeler is home and getting used to his new life. In a video posted on Instagram, Flex shared some of his personal thoughts, trials and tribulations. He tells us how it’s been a bit of an emotional rollercoaster and how he is adapting to everyday life. He briefly went over the moments that led to the news he had to get a portion of his leg amputated.
Through it all, Flex has been nothing but a true inspiration and has shown his true strength beyond weights and biceps. He admittedly has his moments, but to us, his fans, he has been a great example of perseverance. That being said, he plans to enjoy the Thanksgiving Weekend and possibly take in some lasagna and enchiladas!
