Is Pumpkin Seed Protein The Next Breakthrough In Vegan Protein?

If there were ever a time for people to focus on their health and wellness, it’s now. With the desire for improved health, we see more people working to improve their body composition and overall fitness level. Protein intake has become an essential part of this goal.
