The 2022 Arnold Sunday Showcase is Jam-Packed with Bodybuilding Stars

Many bodybuilding and fitness fans have believed that the Saturday night Finals of the Arnold Classic is the grand finale – “nothing more to see here, time to go home.”

That is actually not the case. Outside of the contests, the secret crown jewel of the weekend could be the Arnold Sunday Showcase – the Q&A event that is hosted by Arnold Schwarzenegger and features some of the biggest names in bodybuilding and fitness.

The 2022 edition is no exception, and if you have a chance to attend, you need to. Four of the greatest champions of all-time will be in Columbus to take part in this special session at the Battelle Grand Ballroom on Sunday, March 6th. If you count Schwarzenegger himself, the five men that will be on the stage have 28 Olympia titles between them.

Mamdouh “Big Ramy” Elssbiay – The two-time reigning Mr. Olympia has no intentions of letting go of the title anytime soon. He’s in the midst of his offseason, and weighs in the neighborhood of 340 pounds. Perhaps his new nickname should be “Bigger Ramy.”

Ronnie Coleman – “King” Coleman has eight Mr. Olympia titles, was the 2021 recipient of the Arnold Classic Lifetime Achievement award, and is a member of the International Sports Hall of Fame. He’d faced numerous medical issues over the years, but recently shared that he’s back up to 285 pounds and is feeling much better. He may be as excited for this public appearance as the fans will be to see him.

Lee Haney – All of the accolades that was shared about Coleman can also be connected to Haney. The man that first broke Schwarzenegger’s record for most Mr. Olympia wins will also be in the house to answer questions and share news about the work he had been up to. He’s a wealth of knowledge that can educate fans of all ages.

Chris Bumstead – The biggest name in the Classic Physique division may also be the biggest name in the bodybuilding industry right now. The three-time Classic Olympia champ has had an eventful offseason, running businesses, overcoming Covid, and more. “C-Bum” will be in attendance to update the fans on life, career, and more.

The Arnold Sports Festival has also announced that the winners of the Arnold Classic and Classic Physique contests will be invited to join the other greats onstage to discuss whatever comes up in conversations.

VIP ticketholders will already have access to this event. Others can go to www.arnoldsportsfestival.com to find more information and get tickets to the Sunday Showcase, starting on Sunday, March 6th at 9:30 AM Eastern time.
