Sriracha Bacon Wrapped Chicken Tenders

Crunchy and moist. A flavourgasm with every bite!

Ingredients:

  • 1 Chicken Breast, cut into 3 slices
  • 50 g Sriracha chips, crushed
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbsp flour, any kind works
  • 1/2 scoop Optimum Whey Gold Standard vanilla
  • Pinch S&P
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1/4 tsp dry basil
  • 3 slices bacon
  • 25 g Mozza Cheese

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 385F.
  2. Cut chicken breasts into strips, set aside.
  3. You need three bowls. In one add crushed chips, in the other your eggs and last your flour, protein powder, garlic powder, onion powder, basil and S&P.
  4. One strip at a time, cover in flour mix, egg wash then cover in chips.
  5. Use a baking tray with parchment paper or tin foil. Lay each strip down and bake for 15-18 minutes. Until chips are crispy and chicken is tender. Flip over strips at 10 minutes. 
  6. You can also check the internal temp with a thermometer. When ready it will set to 140F
