Funfetti Protein Cake

Soft, Delicate, Moist and will fill your soul with macro goodness.

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup Gluten Free flour
  • 1 scoop Optimum Nutrition protein powder
  • 1/2 tsp Baking powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 coconut sugar
  • 1/2 cup skim milk( you can also use almond milk)
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 tbsp Peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp Sprinkles
  • Whipped cream (optional)

Directions: Makes 2 cakes

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Mix all your dry ingredients in a bowl.
  3. In a seperate bowl, add in egg, milk, vanilla extract. Mix well then add in your peanut butter. Mix until smooth then add to dry ingredients.
  4. Cream together batter until well combined.
  5. Grease your spring form pan and add half your batter.
  6. Bake for 18-22 minutes. Use a toothpick to check doneness.
  7. If you want to add cream, hollow out the middle and pour all the creams inside.
