Chocolate Fudge & Protein Cookie Dough Parfait
Chocolate Pudding:
- 1 pack sugar-free chocolate fudge Jello pudding pack
- 1 cup skim milk
Protein Cookie Dough*:
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 2 tbsp peanut butter
- ½ tbsp vanilla extract
- ½ pinch salt
- 2 tsp almond flour (or coconut flour)
- 1 tbsp milk
- Sugar-free caramel
*Add 1–2 extra tbsp of flour for a thicker dough.
Directions:
1. For your pudding, mix both ingredients in a bowl with a whisk or electric mixer until thick and smooth. Refrigerate.
2. For your cookie dough, mix all your ingredients in a bowl. Mix until consistent. You can add more salt or peanut butter for more flavour.
3. Layer your cup with layers of pudding and cookie dough. Top with caramel and whipped cream.
