Muscle Chicken
• 4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
• ⅓ cup lemon juice
• 2 tsp lemon zest, grated
• 2 tsp dried oregano, rosemary, and Italian basil
• 1 clove garlic, crushed
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• salt and pepper
Place lemon, herbs, mustard, garlic, and oil into a large, resealable bag. Close bag and shake to combine all the ingredients. Open the bag, drop in the chicken breast, close, and shake the bag to coat evenly. Let chicken marinate for approximately 20 minutes. Heat a grill. When the grill is hot, place the chicken on the grill and cook for about 5 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
