A nutritious protein packed tropical smoothie recipe that can be enjoyed two ways. This recipe makes two servings. Share one or place one in the freezer overnight to enjoy as a sorbet.
The ingredients chosen all have incredible health benefits that make for a taste so refreshing. They also have your entire recommended Vitamin C intake.
Spinach: high in vitamins, minerals, vitamin E, magnesium, supports immune system.
Pineapple: nutrient packed, antioxidants, helps aid in digestion, suppress inflammation.
Cashew Milk: nutrients, vitamin and minerals, skin and eye health, blood sugar, heart health, healthy fats
Ginger Root: reduces inflammation (which also assists in overcoming muscle pain). Calms indigestion, Fights infection, Helps prevent heart disease
Mango: glowing skin, digestion, strengthening bones, 10% of your daily recommended copper intake that helps form red blood cells. Helps prevent anemia. eye health.
ALL 9 Essential Amino Acids: essential amino acids perform various roles in the body. They are important in the process of tissue growth, energy production, immune function and nutrient absorption.
ISO100 Hydrolyzed Whey Protein Isolate: We all know it’s important for muscle growth. Some of the other benefits are that it’s very high in nutritional value, keeps you satiated, very digestible, is absorbed quickly, helps lower blood pressure and also known to help with type 2 diabetes.
Ingredients:
In a blender add
- 1 cup of spinach
- 90g avocado (half a large avocado)
- 40g pineapple
- 1/2 cup mango nectar (for a slightly less natural sugar version if needed try trop50 orange juice)
- 1 cup unsweetened cashew milk
- 1 tsp ginger root grated
- 1 scoop @dymatize ALL9 aminos in jolly green apple flavour
- 2 scoops @dymatize ISO100 hydrolyzed clear in pineapple orange flavour
- 4 ice cubes
Directions:
Blend well and divide into 2 servings.
