INGREDIENTS
- 160 g shredded chicken, cooked
- 130 g macaroni, cooked
- 65 g low-fat cheddar cheese
- ¼ cup green onions
- 3 tbsp jalapenos, minced
- 3 tbsp tomato sauce
- 1 tsp basil
- 1 large egg
- 50 g egg whites (from carton)
- Salt and pepper
DIRECTIONS
- Warm up waffle iron.
- Mix all ingredients together in a bowl; add any seasoning you like.
- Add ½ or ⅓ portion to your waffle iron and press. Cook until crispy.
- Serve with a side of tomato sauce or sauce of your choice. Makes 2–3 waffles.
