QUESTION: If you could only do one exercise for each of the following muscle groups, what would it be?

ANSWER:

Chest – Incline Smith Machine Press. I thought about a flye exercise, but I don’t think this type of exercise will allow for enough weight to truly put on the mass needed.

Shoulders – Seated Smith Machine Press

Back – Bent Over Rows

Biceps – Standing Alternate Dumbbell Curls

Triceps  Close Grip Bench

Quads – Hack Squat

Hamstrings – Glute/Ham Leg Raise

Abs – Crunches

Calves – Standing Calve Raise
