In shocking news, Keone Pearson has decided to pull out of competing in the 2020 Mr. Olympia. It seems like almost yesterday that he won the Chicago Pro show after switching to the 212 class giving him a qualification to compete in the Olympia this year in either the classic physique category or the 212 category. Known as one of the most symmetrical bodybuilders in recent years, Keone has developed a large fan following. It's disappointing to not see him on stage in Las Vegas this December. Keone sites mental stress and physical stress as the reasons for him not being able to compete at the Olympia. This is understandable given the new world we now live in. With the support of his friends family and fans, we hope that Pearson can take some time off and give himself an off-season to add even more quality muscle to his physique. He will be an even bigger threat in the 2021 contest season.
